What you send us
The enquiry form sends your name, email, selected subject, message, language and referral source to our enquiry mailbox. No payment details are collected. Please do not include medical or other sensitive information.
How it is used
We use your request to reply to you. Where you request a launch invitation and give consent, we use your email for that invitation. Partnership enquiries are handled for the purpose of discussing the proposed relationship. Your information is not sold.
Storage and your choices
Enquiries are held in our email system only as long as needed for their purpose, normally no longer than 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer. You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority, including AZOP in Croatia.
Technical services
Our web host and email provider process technical data needed to deliver the website and messages. The form uses a short-lived security session and temporary anti-abuse records. This site includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Optional web typography can be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a connection request; system fonts are used if it is unavailable.
About this preview
This is a pre-launch brand website. Product and packaging images are concept visuals, including AI-generated artwork; they do not document existing stock, farms or manufacturing facilities. External sites have their own privacy policies.
Launch invitations and your choices
Launch invitations use a private subscriber register containing your email, botanical interest, language, referral parameters, consent version and confirmation timestamps. Your email must be confirmed before launch messages. Confirmation links expire after 72 hours. Each invitation email provides an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed requests are scheduled for removal after 7 days, withdrawn records after 30 days and inactive confirmed records after 12 months. Hosting administrators run the retention task; enquiries are handled separately in our mailbox.
